I created this online store and new way of life for myself because I am curious about where it might take me. After losing important people in my life over the years and struggling with an ever changing world, I started to question life and its purpose. I struggled until life became very uncomfortable. I knew the only person who could help me - was me. I had to find the tools to escape my own mental prison.

I researched life and the beyond and how other people have healed themselves through trauma and grief. I took time away from work, and switched off from that life so I could begin to 'hear myself think again'. I spent time with my family; I read; I researched, and I just took a moment to breathe and trust the universe. I started to see that I had good people and spirit guides around me to support me and whilst it took a bit of time to adjust - life just started to make sense. The synchronicities that were happening around me were too loud to ignore.

 

​I can now look at life as though it's one exciting and very important experiment (and adventure!) - as we all should!​

I am ever curious about where this journey will take me and if I can actively help others along the way whether it be in small or big ways - I will consider this life well lived.
